Step 1   Contact Customer Service/Utility Billing Division at 407-585-1448
  • Find out if we service your location.
  • Get deposit and processing fee information and payment instructions.

Step 2   Complete Utility service application in one of two ways:

  • Downloadable application – print application. Fill out and bring to the Customer Service/Utility Billing Division at City Hall, along with the deposit and processing fee.
  • Online-Complete the online form, and click the submit button at the bottom of the form. Instructions to pay deposit and processing fee will be presented after submitting application.
